I congratulates u for the great work and effort for convey our govt's scheme/initiatives/great works to reach citizens of our country, but I want to recall to u that more than 50% of Indian belonging to regional language dnt know Hindi, if u want to convey our countries pride to all of us pls make it with English or regional languages. We can't unable to understand... We r also part of India... Y ur discriminating us in terms of language regional.

The foundation stone for the project was laid by Gowda when he was the prime minister in 1997.
