I'm making the Big Mac casserole and Snickerdoodle cobbler this weekend for the family but I'll definitely be making this too. I love a simple hardy casserole, it just hits the spot. I had my son check all the ingredients. He starts laughing, says, "mom, we forgot the zucchini!!" ...we all do it!!
I cooked this for my family last night and they loved it 🤗. Instead of using ground beef, I used a rotisserie chicken from Sam's Club (saving money), chopped it up and it stilled turned out delicious 😋. Thank you for sharing this recipe! I love your personality and energy 😅. This recipe is a keeper in the weekly rotation ❤
