Actually Dar has many tall buildings but are not concentrate in one place. Even 15km away from CBD you will still find a skyscraper. But in Nairobi all tall buildings are almost in one area.

Tanzania is one and only place to visit. I as a traveler think that from Namibia to Tanzania is worth coming. clean, beautiful and quite friendly. I was disappointed with Kenya and Uganda, especially Kenya.
Dar seems to have left behind its human capital in terms development , everyone is dressed up like it's 2015 even the ambience shows and i don't think have hawkers selling fruits on the ground in a city centre this beautiful is a good sign.
