Hi, I can´t say I do not like your techniques at all (they look good), but in every piece you demonstrate you move your body before the blade. It is strong signal for your opponent and basically an invitation for counterstrike. It should´nt be so obvious you are starting an attack, unless you are feinting or countertiming. In classic Vorschlag first forward moving part should be tip of your sword and your hands and body should move forward after the blade is already heading towards target.

Absolutely. For me, "Sword First" is an immutable law in my school. I work very hard at it, still not perfect.
