Let me just say it. I am a black female and I still love Bambam and Yugyeom! Bambam isn't from this country and I can guarantee you doesn't understand the context behind the word. As for Yugyeom, if it weren't for the fact that he were a celebrity, no one would care that he was drinking underage. As for Mark's tattoo, he is a damn grownup and can do whatever the hell he wants. To all the people claiming they are Got7 fans, but not realizing that what Bambam said wasn't said out of hate but because of a lack of knowledge, you're not real fans. Instead of sending hate, how about you just explain what he did wrong. Apparently in 2016 there's no such thing as explaining something rationally, but just jumping to hate. Reading all the comments makes me cry. My boys are enduring so many things that they do not deserve to receive! Yugyeom is 20 in Korean custom and he's 19 in US age and he's legal to drink, but there is not exact evidence proving that he was drunk, just through his expression on the snapchat. Mark has a tattoo, yes he does, but what's wrong with having a tattoo? Does tattoo represent for someone's personality??? Ok some Asian fans can feel uncomfortable but man, he's American, and he's a human first, he has the right to have some tattoos, what are u guys blaming on him??? And about Bambam, i know there are people out there feeling angry and disappointed with his issue, but pls, he did not mean to say that word! He did confess that he did not know what it means and he saw many people said that word so he just followed them, he's not a racist! In the concert in LA, he also apologied the fans for saying that word because he did not know, he even told the fans that whenever he said something wrong, he wanted the fans to remind and correct him. There are many ways to point out his mistake and help him correct, but u guys only choose the worst and the rudest way to teach him! Bambam is only 19, he has not gone through so much in his life, and he, yes, still needs to learn more abt life and other cultures, why u guys aren't tolerant and help him grow up more in a good and encouraging way??? TO ALL WHO ARE CONFUSED:
Mark's parents had a pool party as a farewell to GOT7. We know this because they posted pictures before the event.
A snapchat user who is Mark's friend (and yes, she's female), recorded a great deal of the party. Some snaps of the party included Yugyeom, who was leaning on a chair and was fairly red. Many people speculated that he was drunk, yet there's no real evidence other than that video. Some "fans" are also body shaming Yugyeom as he showcased some tummy fat, which should not be tolerated! He is perfect and he has a cute tummy. If he was drunk, he is underage (but it's still not a big deal... he's almost an adult now).
Next is a video of Mark's friends, Mark and BamBam. In this video it's clearly seen that Mark has a tattoo of the cross on his lower left leg. Honestly, people are making such a fuss about this even though it's his life and he can do what he wants with his body. Then there's BamBam, in the same video, saying the N word. People are sending death threats to BamBam on his social media because of this. We are still waiting for an apology, and his sister stated on her instagram that he probably isn't aware of what the slur means. Everyone needs to recognize that what he did was wrong, but no one deserved those threats (especially BamBam since he's only 19).
Then there's Junior and Jessica scandal which is really stupid but people are getting worked up about it. Basically, a girl called Jessica was at the party and she literally just took some photos with Junior and fangirling (seriously, who wouldn't?), and some people are getting upset. It's really annoying, but it's what people are also upset about.
Meanwhile, Youngjae wasn't even seen at the party. He was probably just skyping Coco or playing Pokemon Go tbh.
The most important thing about this is to not make it such a big deal. If you're going to "unstan" them, then go ahead. The fandom doesn't need unsupportive people like you. Bambam's sister said he will apologize, so please be patient! These boys do not need any threats and horrible treatment because the state they must be in now is unimaginable. Please support GOT7 and Mark's parents, Raymond and Tammy. All videos are on Twitter.

Ok, I was hoping this would be dead by morning cuz IGOT7's would kill it before it got outta hand, but...time for me to turn into Mama Bear (sigh--exposes claws).
1. Yugyeom--there's no proof he was drunk. He's just finished a mega world tour and nearly fainted during it due to exhaustion. It's hot out, he goes swimming, and picture is snapped of him resting his head, looking flushed, and he's accused of being drunk? Not tired, not sick not utterly spent cuz he gave us everything he had and collapsed because of it, but drunk. Hmm, last time I checked, Kpop stars falling asleep was cute. How many times have we seen BTS drowsy/fall asleep and think it's adorable, yet Yugyeom does it and is accused of being drunk?
2. Bam Bam--when a child does something wrong (and we've seen a lot of this in the media lately), what's the first question asked? "Where are his parents"? People usually "get" that it's the fault of the people responsible for teaching the child right from wrong who are responsible. If the student fails to learn, then the teacher has failed to teach. Where is that understanding for Bam Bam? Why is no one up in arms and trying to guillotine the one (s) who taught him the word in the first place? As a Black woman, I feel the apology should go TO Bam Bam, not from him. Even Oprah has said on numerous occasions that Black people shouldn't use that word because first, it's derogatory, and second, it's confusing and sends mixed messages of I can use it but you can't. So Bam Bam, I apologize TO YOU for the confusing lesson you received about that word, and I'm sorry you were used as a target of frustration that was building long before you got here. Things are just really raw in the U.S. right now and I was HOPING that the Black Aghases would set a fine example for you.
3. Mark--I have a scriptural view on tatoos as to if they're right or wrong, but that's not what's at issue in this case, so I'll refrain from sharing that view. But last I saw, Mark was a single adult male. That means there's no need to consult with another human regarding the choices he makes with his body. Only if it's in his JYP contract that he couldn't do it should any human being have complained, and if so, that complaint should come from JYP and be between JYP and Mark ALONE. Let the TWO GROWN MEN handle it...ALONE. IGOT7 stays out of it since it doesn't concern us.
So, I'm sure by now JYP has handle things and all 7 of them wish they were never born right about now. The boys gave us everything they had ladies, I mean really. These boys GUTTED themselves for us and this is what they get for it? This is what their parents have to see after being so proud of their sons? This mess needs to die, so lets kill it NOW or they'll NEVER come back to the States again. Let the boys rest and get well again so they can give us more great music and concerts to swoon over. Love you, Yugyeom, Bam Bam, and Mark (retracts claws, kisses each on the forehead). Go get some sleep and have sweet dreams! Mama Bear loves youuuuu!!

I agree with you.
1) Even if Yugyeom was drunk (which is not proven) he wasn't doing something illegal since people who are 18 and above can drink in private places with adult supervision, but again it's not proven.
2) As a black fan I am not a bit offended or angry at Bambam, because I know that he didn't want to sound racist/offensive or something. This boy just loves hip-hop culture, which is mostly lead by black people (disclaimers, I said mostly, not entirely). So, as he's listening to his favorite artists he hears that word in a cool way, he may have no idea how bad it may sound. As you said, it can be confusing for him. Someone said that black people say it as a reclaim of the word and it's meaning, I can somehow understand it
3) Mark's got a tatoo... so what? end of the world? apocalypse? As you said if the contract allows it then whatever. My scriptural point of view over this topic has changed recently, but it's not the moment/place to expose it. He has his own point of view, let's respect it and this tatoo is cool by the way.
+Jehuel William ...I just feel so bad for all 3 of them--well 7. The maknaes are in the middle of this mess, the hyungs are powerless to help them, and it's all so completely unnecessary. And though I'm very concerned for both maknaes, I fear Bam Bam is going to internalize this and let it completely break him. He is SO sensitive and he is King of fan service. He was never on my bias list (Yugyeom and Jackson pretty much cornered that market, lol), but we need Bam Bam. His happy bubbliness just rounds out the group, ya know? GOT7 isn't GOT7 without him. I don't know why, but this lil group of 7 guys has my heart and I don't want to lose any of them.
