How do you crouch down and aim and move sideways slowly at the same time?
This game is definitely one of the best early representations for a skill curve in difficulty
Definitely have learned to exploit the fact that enemies cannot shoot you over certain objects/gaps in the game, but you can shoot them. It helps so much!
Dude I just wanna say thanks for your guides. I was having a hard time on some of these missions even though I had done them many years ago and with your guides this morning I was able to get the last few I needed done on 00.
I can't believe I beat this level when I was 10. Struggled so much as an adult 😅

I almost never used the reticle in the n64 version but on Xbox I almost use it exclusively over the auto aim. The fact that you can move while using it now makes it an absolute long distance scalpel
The walking and aiming kinda is super fast and hard to aim for me because I'm still used to the N64 😅😂
YES. THE NEXT ONE IS UP. just randomly found your channel and goldeneye was one of my favorite games as a kid
I found two other easy ways to get Jaws. When you come down the stairs, instead of going in the doorway and shooting the one guy who noticed you right away, go to the left. It takes you to a hallway that opens up into the middle of the room Jaws is in.
With the temple wall being on an angle, if you crouch down & aim up at his head, he won't register that you're there and will only move if you move further into the room. One mag dump with the Assault Rifle and big boy is down!
The other way that worked for me was to wait around a corner for him, when he rolls up on you just crouch at his feet and shoot up. He can't hit you if you are close enough.

I've spent hours trying to finish this. Watched one TH-cam video, and they did it the hard way when the turrets are facing you, and I got murdered every time. Did this method, and it worked. Thank you for saving my sanity.

i find the assault rifle works best on Jaws. if you can get him at a corner, almost two full clips can take him out. or just about.
If you can, shoot Jaws in his metal teeth. It's awkward, but you can kill him within a few shots. Seriously.
Secret Agent wasn't that bad and thank God there was no speedrun achievement for 00 Agent!!! N thanks for this guide. I still feel Caverns is the hardest mission in the game.
Bunker 2, Train, and Control the hardest imo

@@Bond007erare we talking hardest missions,or hardest to get the cheats on? For cheats, it's Facility, Caverns, Aztec, Train, Egyptian in that order (in my opinion). Missions, it's Aztec, Caverns, Control, Egyptian, Train, all of course on 00 (more or less in that order).
If you want to be really hardcore, see what you can manage on 007 mode and notch up the enemy health, damage, accuracy and reaction speed as high as you dare. It's impossible setting maximum in each category though!
9:25 i tried that but in my case it says a different phrase than the one you showed us (like the terminal isn't connected" or something else) and I did almost exactly like the video

The game got terminology wrong. Moonraker doesn't refer to the laser-- the weapon waa just in the movie Moonraker. Moonraker was the space shuttle stolen by Hugo Drax in the movie.

Beat first 18 levels on secret agent for Aztec. Beat all 19 previous levels on 00 Agent for Egypt
This level is almost as hard as control in 00 agent but for different reasons

So upset the lvl is glitched on me...I can't reprogram the guidance ..smh
The silo was glitch for me objective a wouldn't complete til the fourth time I did it over
This level was bad enough taking your time and finishing on SA and 00, but getting the 2x Lasers cheat by doing SA in 9:00 was so difficult as a youngster, and I find it even harder as a 41 year-old man. Those guards were so instinctive and accurate compared to others in the game, especially the laser ones.
Easiest way to kill Jaws is to get right up close to him. Face to face. His outstretched guns fire past you. Use laser and just keep shooting him in the chest. Just make sure you've killed the two yellow dudes first
It's not a guarantee. His hit boxes can hit you on some angles. I prefer the stair method.

It would be nice to know exactly where those last 2 guys came from at the very end climbing up the ladder - also make sure you stand by the computer and not the ladder - lasers can shoot through the floor
They keep respawning after Jaws is eliminated.
@@AcidGlow I think because of that you should definitely have enough health at the end to be able to take 3 laser shots while climbing the ladder.
You can avoid them entirely with one little trick.
Before facing Jaws, close the hangar bay doors so you can get back through. Then when you face Jaws, don’t kill him. Run away and peer behind corners to make sure he’s following. You can get him back to the control room. He can’t shoot you if you get inside his arms as well. So you just get him where you need him, and then get inside his arm reach and let rip with the laser.
Then he drops the pass you need for the room, and the 2-3 guys that spawn will come in from the mission start. If you’re fast enough you’ll be out of the room and back to the launch area without ever seeing them. If not, just kill them and you’ll be uninterrupted when you climb the ladder to open the hangar doors. It’s the best way to do the mission without taking any damage.
