How would you feed 2 meals on a +10hr flight with a dozen mouths expecting freshly cooked gourmet produce.
I assume it would be possible...is it? Lol like that's such a small "galley" 😮

Some airplanes have chillers to store food. I also keep a cooler in the back for food that doesn’t fit in the galley. Wash plates between meals if you run out. Finding place for that much food can be like playing tetris. Some catering will come pre cooked and you have to heat it up, while some flight attendants are super talented cooks and will prepare from scratch if time permits. Larger airplanes like GulfStream 550’s & 650’s have quite large galleys with lots of prep space to create a little assembly line.

Commercial isn’t enough. 99% of companies will require you to have private jet training through Flight Safety International or Aircare International.
