Probably then "কেঁচো খুঁড়তে সাপ বের হোত" . So, the main planner did not allow them. He told the Civil President to hand over Major General Manzur to Army and fool President agreed. So, President Ershad just directed the Chittagong Brigadier (next to Major General Manzur), to take Major General Manzur from the Police and kill him without trial.
