This is not a party song. Its not about enjoying life. Jimin said the song is about escaping reality to deal with one's wounds. The mv takes you into a dream sequence. The club is symbolic of the ultimate place you run to, to escape shit. But it doesnt fix anything because Jimin is still hurt (the mud is still there).

I agree, most reactors I've seen know that there's an English version but I wish they would at least read the lyrics ... those 2 lines that you stated are tremendously telling. I'm glad and hope that Jimin has truly pulled out of that coping mechanism as he has said. He is so brave for allowing us, all, to see his struggle but BTS always speaks of "how they made it through" and I am grateful for that. Jimin Fighting!! 💜

Yes there is a story here. If you listen to the album from the beginning to the end it tells the story . Also he explains the story behind the songs as was stated earlier in the comments.
