I want to be thin like you and I'm not, so I'm trying to figure this out. Just read this great book called "the fatburn fix". The author, dr. catherine shanahan says that all seed oils (sunflower, canola, etc) are toxic because of how they're made/processed. Their toxicity keeps the body from burning off fat the way it should. I adore beyond burgers too but I'm going to try and cut out 100% of these oils. I'm very interested in your Acai bowls and how you make them?, what you add to them? as I think that will be a great replacement for what i eat now. I personally think fashion looks better on thin women. thanks for sharing!
