There is a video out there from back in the day on radio 1xtra, they had a group of grime MC's and a group of DnB MC's kind of having a battle, but it was all in good fun, they would have a round over grime, then a round of DnB and then a round where each MC would go over their own genre. Devilman was relatively unheard of at the time and when he jumped on the DnB track, the place went absolutely wild. The video is called something along the lines of "1Xtra dnb vs grime", it is from like 2007 or something and I would love to see your reaction to it if you can find it!!

@@holi117 this is actually a class of deep edm / techno music. If you listen to this beat closely you will hear that its really slow, its bc dnb runs at +175bpm and this one is only round about 150. You can listen to a real dnb version of this by DJ GUV and you will maybe hear the difference.
Tim Klöcker probably, i guess for me its always been about the way the beats sound and the type of sound in the beats (if that makes sense). I have heard a bunch of slow/ chilled dnb, mid range and fast (like for me jungle has always seemed faster and has a different style of drums). I get music people classing based on bpm, but yeah, for me its about the style of beat and the ‘instrument’ sounds
