Ladkiyan apni state mein reh sakti hain kyunki unki kam salary mein bhi koi masla nahi hota kyunki eventually ladka toh mil hee jayega, but main problem ladkon ka hai. Agar kam salary hui to ladki nahi milegi.

I got selected in Lekhpal(2000gp) and got home posting... tehsil is just 1km from my house and also got selected in TGT(4600gp)(but it's a residential school so quarter food electricity everything is free here but may get other state or far home state.. extremely confused!! Need suggestions!

4600 is very higher gp in comparison to 2000 GP if can easily live in other state must go for tgt
