Duran Duran was my first favorite band going back to the early 80's. I don't think they always get enough credit for their contribution to Rock, a career that spanned three decades.
This is from the VH1 Ultimate Office Party broadcast on December 13, 1997 in Chicago, Ill This was a private concert for VH-1 contest winner Kathy Mash, whose prize was invitations for fifty of her friends to the event.
A fantastic song from the so called "Wilderness years" I'm 47 and most of my contemporaries naturally go for the "Classic" era, but I don't necessarily buy that school of thought. Sometimes the best music is produced during difficult and trying circumstances. I'm not a fan of reunions and DD shouldn't have ditched Warren in favour of getting the original lineup back together. It's all down to personal preference, but the middle period was the best for me musically and personally.
Warren and Andy look nothing alike. And they sound nothing alike, either. Hugely different styles. Both good, but different. I love Warren's arrangements.
Simon leans in and thinks to himself, "They all want to sleep with me", leans out and doesn't lean quite as far again because he sees his age staring back at him.

WARREN IS THE BEST.... BY DURAN DURAN ERA´S.....
They were performing at the home of the Chicago White Sox baseball team, New Comiskey Park, 12-13-1997. The Ultra Chrome, Latex and Steel Tour.

They sound great here... Wow
Oh, I like these guys. And this song. They are, actually, very cool and "together." Wouldn't know it from this, I guess.
Warren can easily play Andy’s material but the converse is not true
fender gibs 100% agree
Nonsense, Andy has played Warren's material and did it superbly and improved it, warren was crap
love this !!!
is that Warren? He's really very good on guitar! Why does he look like Andy Taylor? Maybe he doesn't.
