Maverick is amazing. Such a feel good fragrance. Glad I got a bottle before being discontinued; however, on a live stream recently Aaron did say he would bring it along with Haze and Haze Extreme as limited editions from time to time.

Another great first impressions Mikey, personally have Maverick in my stash and have to say it’s a really easy wear, but with ATH’s uniqueness, signature scent worthy in my view.

The smooth and creamy vanilla paired with the plum note is wonderful, and the juiciness of the plum almost gives the impression of a slight boosy nuisance to the composition.
It's definitely signature scent worthy, whether it's for work, dates or special occasions this thing is amazing!

"Don't get aggressive" 😆 Brilliant. Definitely a perfect size for a travel atomizer though. Capped is the way to go. The twist lipstick ones I've had problems with in the past.

Aaron is fantastic for giving people the 10ml option because he is opening up fragrances to people that would usually cost hundreds of pounds for £15 - £30 except for Boss Bitch which is the only one that is very expensive. But even the 50ml are cheap for the kind of quality you are getting from him and the fact he went and upscaled all his fragrances to Extrait De Parfum concentration because he is a perfectionist says it all really. I love Hard Candy and i have a sample of a new release coming soon that people will love. I also got Legend as a sample but it smells like a mix of Luna Rosa Carbon and Sauvage imo with a little Bleu De Chanel so if you own them already it is a little redundant but i only actually own Carbon and BDC so i will use it when i want something stronger than Carbon as it smells closer to that and Sauvage than BDC.
When we were talking about Plum the other day you never said you had this or told me about it. Come on mate what's up with that lol. Just joking, i am glad i discovered this on my own i just ordered Maverick in 50ml since he is discontinuing it. I have Neon and Haze Extreme on the way also.
The thing you are talking about different days getting different notes, have you had Covid? Maybe you had it and didn't realize it. That happened to me ever since i recovered from it. I couldn't smell things properly for 6 months after i got it, like really crazy how different things smell compared to what i thought they smelled like for that 6 months, but i still get days here and there where some fragrances i have known since i was a teenager that i use to test my senses before i write a review to make sure i am able to smell all the notes smell completely off to me. One is CK one, another is HUGO , Blue Jeans etc. All stuff i know like the back of my hand. It is so annoying on the days when my CK one smells like dull sandal wood only and misses out the energetic burst of citrus etc. So try to find yourself some fragrances from before the time of COVID and use them the way i do mate. It lets you know if you have a good day or not.
Yeah I had covid twice 🤦🏼♂️ I can have a fragrance for a couple off weeks and it will smell abit different to what it did when I first got it 🤷🏼♂️
I have Homme, Legend and Blood Orange. Love all 3 but hands down my go to is Homme that iris is so lovely.

Thought you might like Maverick. I think its another everyday one for me because its just the right blend of light and dark and that makes it good for unpredictable weather. Can't say I've ever had any issues with longevity of his either but then, he does recommend six sprays and a lot of people probably just think two should be enough.
Yeah it’s great it really is I can’t wait to wear it more 🔥 and I normally do 4-6 and that gives me good longevity 👌🏻

I kinda like Hard Candy Elixir a bit more than Hard Candy, it is still as sweet but with a softer, rounder base.
Ozone's a fav for a green/freshie.

Hard Candy Elixir = JPG Ultra Male mixed with PDM Layton. I tested it today, and I was a bit disappointed with the sillage and longevity. It only lasted a couple hours. It is what it is…based off all his videos, I was expecting a bit more…
Was hoping you'd compare the two Hard Candies. I keep hoping to find the elixir. So far Boss Bastard and Raw Cherry are the best I've tried

So I finally got Homme. And unfortunately it isn’t what I was hoping for. It’s is very buttery. But also just too much vanilla. Vanilla is mainly what I smell. I still like it because it’s just well done. But I was hoping for it to be more flowerey, airy and fresh. Not so sweet and vanilla. I wish the orris was in the base and maybe vanilla in the middle or just a lot less vanilla. I personally just love the smell of anything floral and I’m not getting that as much as I hoped. Again you should try L’Iris by Santa María novella. It is AMAZING.
I’m really sorry to hear that I suppose we all can’t like the same things but as you know I do love that fragrance, and one off the things I like about it is that buttery goodness 😝 L’iris by Santa Marie I don’t think I’ve ever heard of that one I will have to look into this thank you for the recommendation 👌🏻

ATH recommends that you layer Hard Candy & Hard Candy Elixir. I layered them & he’s correct … it’s brilliant & the only way I wear them now! Slut he reformulated for 2023 … it’s better than the original! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Watched this and bought elixir. Put 2 full sprays on my arms 45 minutes ago and it's already barely a skin scent, and I mean BARELY lol. I have no idea what's going on with my body and ATH! I have over 100 frags in my collection at the moment and all my ATH are in the bottom 1% for longevity, apart from ozone. I'll give supernova a shot on friday but if I have the same issue, I should probably just give up. Such a pity because they smell great.

@@mikeycologne Update: After almost disappearing completely, an hour later it seemed to come back to life as a tonka/vanilla skin scent. Could still smell it on my arm this morning. 👍 Will give it 4 sprays next time and see how it goes.
@@davidmcpoland5286 how is the performane and projection now? i got a decant of it and it lasts for more than a day , and projects for a couple hours, this is solely from my decant, too, so can only imagine what a full bottle sprayer is capable of

My nose is far from well trained, but I smell something very similar in Slut and Notorious, and I'm not real wild about it.
Anybody else get that similarity, or know what it is?
Yeah that’s what I get as well. It’s very similar to those 2 fragrances. I don’t smell the oud. But he did say if you combine them the Oud will come out heavy. I haven’t smelled the new hard candy but I really like the 1st hard candy.
New slut and notorious do have a similar facet of sweetness. Can't quite tell exactly what it is

I can’t get both Haze and Haze Extreme. I can only get one. Need more information please. 😂❤
Haze extreme is a bit more dense, less projection but more longevity. Haze has the same scent profile, a bit more transparent, MUCH more projection and great longevity (9-10 hrs on my skin)
Its like a grapefruit + lemon/hacivat hybrid in terms of scent. Can't go wrong with either

Honestly, for the price/mL I don’t think ATH fragrances are worth the money. They’re good, but if you’re buying at retail they’re more expensive/just as expensive as Xerjoff/PDM fragrances.
Everyone is entitled to there own opinions but for me there definitely worth there money , some 50 ml designer fragrances now are 70-80 pound , and to me Aaron’s fragrances are far better than any designer 👌🏻
I prefer the regular Hard Candy. Elixir is too much.
One of my complaints with Aaron’s work is too many fragrances with over lapping scent profiles. In my opinion Notorious is a slightly less interesting version of daddy. I like his more distinct takes. Guapo, Daddy and Boss Bastard are all amazing
Some do have similarities I just think it’s his dna in the frags 👍🏻 he does do some bangers 🔥👌🏻
