Mark - What are your thoughts on the "rule" to only wear oxfords shoes with suits?
Stepping in for Mark here. Oxfords with suits is a little bit of an antiquated rule. These days many gents are wearing more and more casual suits which I think would match well with a loafer. However if you are wearing a formal suit then oxfords are your safest bet.

im curious, has anyone here ever come across all linen oxford cloth at all? i thrifted a shirt in that recently and i cant find anything like it online
No expert at all, but maybe try to search for linen basketweave shirts as Oxford shirts usually tend to be cotton shirts. Searched myself and found a shirt from proper cloth with that description. Never owned a shirt from them so can’t really comment on the quality of course 🙂👍
@@Lassehansen3 the thing is, its specifically oxford cloth i want. it has a lovely look to it, a slight irregularity to the texture which gives it a bit more character than my cotton oxfords. if you ever find one, id recommend grabbing it because its a lovely material. its too bad mines made by marks and spencer, who cant cut shirts for toffee.
why don't use this fabric to make a 2 piece suit?
Outfit ideas are always nice. But it would be even better if you actually put on the outfits. Brian Sacawa from HeSpokeStyle does that and I love his efforts!
