The other Soap he played Todd Manning, Who turned out to be the real Todd Manning Twin brother named Victor on the One Life To Live. I Loved Him on OLTL, The Writer's Wrote Great! For Him to show How Much Of A Great! Actor He was. Especially! Playing a Villian.

I just have really enjoyed his energy. His quirkiness, his sarcastic comments. His Tucker has been a breath of fresh air. And even if they give him villain stories, you love him. A good villain is one you can’t help but love. Will miss him. Sad.

This whole Tucker firing is just plain stupid. The Tucker character provided fresh energy and sex appeal. Instead Y&R reverts back to the tired energy of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Tucker grew to be an interesting character, and he tried really hard to redeem himself with Devon. Too bad Audra was so bitchy towards him in his last scenes.

He was cast as head of a huge business , but hanging around a bar, or restaurant. He needed a meatier, much richer role. Really bad writing for such a talented actor. He's not the only one. Get a new writer!!!!

Belynda, your take on TSJ's performance is spot on. Any scene he is in has my full attention. Why do the writers and powers that be not see talent and run with it, promote it, is beyond me. This is a HUGE disappointment. I do love how he didn't pussy foot around and let the fans know he's gone. And did so very cool, I must say! Not, I'd love to come back, I'm available, etc. He played the part. Didn't mention if he's leaving on his own or they just wrote him out. That's pretty classy.
I watched this show for years. This departure only adds to the continued saga of them leaving good actors on the shelf, and not keeping real talent, like St. John.

With the poor, uninspired writing, the repetitive storylines and some of my favorite characters MIA or gone, I can find nothing left of interest to compel me to watch daily or possibly at all. All business and the constant bickering and whining do not make for fun nor intriguing viewing.

On today's episode, Abby went off on Billy and oddly enough, she noted the ONLY person who said anything about Ashley leaving WAS Tucker! So maybe, her attitude toward her father in law might be changing? If we could recast Tucker, who might be good candidates for the role? If you were the legendary casting director, Betty Rea, who might you cast as Tucker? The three at the top of my dream list would be A) Hunt Block-although he is older than current Tucker; B) Grant Alexander; C) Jon Hensley.

He was not given much of a plot. It's getting so bad, I don't watch when Claire's on, or it's Victoria and Cole on. Big mistake not keeping St. John.

I LOVED Trevor St.John as Tucker! He didn't thank the writers, I noticed. On today's episode, Abby went off on Billy and oddly enough, she noted the ONLY person who said anything about Ashley leaving WAS Tucker! So maybe, her attitude toward her father in law might be changing?
If we could recast Tucker, who might be good candidates for the role? If you were the legendary casting director, Betty Rea, who might you cast as Tucker? The three at the top of my dream list would be
A) Hunt Block-although he is older than current Tucker;
B) Grant Alexander;
C) Jon Hensley.
No recast. Get Trevor St. John back!!!

I hope that Faith will be more compassionate towards Clarie, then Victoria's other two children, two little unempressive whimps. Claire needs someone to accept her and give her the benefit of the doubt, at least until she proves to be otherwise. Why is the actor who plays Tucker leaving?

Tucker is the most interesting person on the show. How he can be let go is difficult to understand. Why would a person who lights up the show go? It makes no sense whatsoever!

Bad writing for a super actor. I think he said goodbye. Other good actors are sitting without a good plot. Meanwhile we watch boring items like the children home for the summer, Claire scampering around, Nikki acting witchy. Etc etc.
So, Katie hates Claire too...PLEASE just ONE Claire hating character per show. SUMMER does enough hating of Claire to last a soap opera LIFETIME...😠👎.
