How to not feel heavy in the heart when someone speaks rudely or harshly or loudly. I feel very heavy on the heart when someone talks rudely to me.
Next time you feel same thing start thinking the person is just an Attma and it is their sanskar. You will start feeling sorry for them and get rid of your heavy heart feeling.
