It is also too automated to the point where virtually you are on your own and can not get a hold of a live person to be able to immediately verify if the required documents are acceptable or not, instead of having to wait a whole week for the confirmation email. I totally get that this is for fraud protection. However, how do I know where else those photos of myself with my drivers can also can end up in the internet. Because of this business practice, making it very difficult to for me to access my own bank information, and not to mention, risking my personal information sent through the internet, I am not liking my banking experience with this bank. It is inconvenient and dangerous. What next? They could make it harder to make withdrawals. I will close this account and try another bank when I get back to the Philippines.

Pwede po depende po Sa bank account online transaction. Kung Sa BDO na account ka sa BDO online apps Nila. Meron din ang BPI at Union Bank MGA apps online transaction.

Mag change pin ka muna input Mo ang default pin Nila na pwedeng anim na 0 or 123456
