Easiest way would probably be to bring a vacuum pump (like one of these you can buy for storing your food). Once you suck the air out, these things are only 1/10th the size they are now.

maybe more like 10 more suitcases, they won a lot. and yeah, they ship it back using japan mail service, it is slow, but cheap
