EXCELLENT video production. Truly. But as another reviewer said, we didn't really learn anything. Would love it if you could talk, explain the item, pros and cons, and even do some tests (with dried/sticky stuff, random spills are all over the internet already). Combining a good informational video with the production value will put your channel over the top.

Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.
You forgot to clean the roller with the self cleaning tray. I suggest you watch the Pet pro Bissell video, paying attention to how to clean the machine. You wash the roller and leave all parts of the filters and cup to dry before reassembly.
I use the tray but before I do I hand wash the brush then lightly wring it out and then use the tray and then I dry everything with a microfiber cloth. I also flush the solution lines by filling up the container at the end with just plain water so no buildup to prevent clogging the solution lines.
I don't use the tray at all, except for storing the unit. After each use, I disassemble, hose down the suction pathway and the bottom with the jet stream, and hand wash the other components in the sink. I have pets. My machine gets gross!!
I LOVE this thing🌼 saves me sooo much time and manpower. Suction power is great and keeps my cleaning time to a minimum. It doesn’t scrub your floors though, only mops so beware of that. Other than that I am in love.

This vacuum sucks ass. Makes me want to rip my hair out after every use. So much shit left on my floors.
You might need to contact customer service. I have two (cordless and corded) and both are awesome. I'd go without acupuncture before I'd go without my crosswave!!
Or you could try not having 50 dogs, that would help

If it squeegeed the floor after, it would be SO MUCH BETTER. Not into this who damp/wet left behind.
It dries almost immediately! There would no need to squeegee. :)

By the way I have 4 dogs, & 2 indoor cats and hard floors- plus sealed porcelain tile, luxury vinyl and laminate. This is by far the best floor cleaner I have ever used. It saves time, once through ( going over tough spots a few times) and you are done with the floor. Then you pour cleaner in the storage pan, lean it back and rinse the roller, remove the roller to dry, replace with a clean dry roller, then dump & rinse the cup, strainer and filter and dry them before you reassemble. The cleaning the machine takes 3 minutes. The floors dry very fast and smell very clean. I suggest you use the Bissell Pet pro multiplayer ( Target or Amazon) for best results. I have had my Crosswave Pet Pro machine for 4 months. If you have the regular Crosswave I understand you can buy the strainer and better roller they fit both Crosswave models.

Yellow Brick Home You put a + and the Bissell symbol, that's not the same as clearly labeling that something is paid context. I realized halfway through it's advertising and had to rewatch the beginning just to find it which is why I was annoyed.
