Pokemon Synchro Hide and Seek But Make It SHINY.

- The Synchro Machine in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is PERFECT for some hide and seek/ prop hunt, so we're back to it with more hiding, more seeking, and more shiny pokemon! Will our players do even better than last time or are we all just being a little silly with it?
Here's the ruleset we used:
1 seeker, 3 hiders, 2 minutes to hide, 10 minutes to seek. When a seeker finds you, you have to seek with them. Simple as that!

About that shiny Squirtle despawning and respawning, I think there's actually a very small range between visual loading range and full ACTUAL loading range. Like maybe just a few character steps distance.
Not exactly with shinies, but I've seen pokemon disappear at long range but still be there when I move closer after NOT going further away.
Like if you're full on flying on the game mount, go so far it despawns, there's no way you can turn around it still be there because you're going way too far.
But if you're standing there, a pokemon leaves visual range at a slow pace, then when you move closer it should still be there.
There is also a very very very small chance that it despawned and another shiny spawned back in

Toast is built different. That foongus is practically an atom in that biome. Like a literal grain of sand. lol.
And the camouflage he did with it was absurdly effective

Hi, me first :)
The squirtle was more than likely a daily spawn, there are a few innocuous and down right strange ones sprinkled into each area of the game. Same concept as the 3 static spiritomb, the wild tera pokemkn or even the lone pawmi that spawns by the cliff on the first route.
Had a shiny pikachu spawn for me south of Cortondo right before a crash, had to trek back through there as I was on my way to the psychic town and happened upon the same shiny. To confirm that it was the same one, I decided to reset over it after noting its stats and rushed back over to see that it was there again.
These pokemon are specially coded to respawn with the same pid that was generated at midnight of the same day. (obviously taken off the table when KO'd)
Oh my god like the route 1 shiny lechonk! I’m pretty sure lechonk shiny odds are pre coded to spawn

Hey Catherine, I was playing Hide and Seek with a friend a few days ago and used fast travel to go somewhere. As I turn around I just see a Shiny Scrafty on the top of a hill. It was hilarious XD

1:35 shinies show up when ever it would be funniest is so true. I was doing Tera raids by a dodrio outbreak and thought, “wouldn’t it be funny if a shiny just ran past me?” And not a second later it did.

So glad we get another one of these, with more on the way! The Matt/Kotatsu double shiny Elekid strat was both devious and hilarious, and as a fan of subtle shinies, I thoroughly enjoyed it!

my brother accidentally got a shiny trapinch while breeding for a perfect ivs trapinch in shield. The darn thing had all but one stat as perfect. it got named Qui-gon

I think the best possible outcome for one of these would be someone thinking they found somebody only for it to be an actual shiny. I say this forgetting if that has already happened in one of the previous videos.

The Squirtle story reminds me of the time when I found a shiny Litwick and saved, just to, after failing to catch it, have it disappear upon reloading the game and instead a shiny Gastly spawned in its location. I then proceeded to also fail the Gastly (don't ask), just to find the shiny Litwick again upon reload (I caught it that time). I have no idea what exactly happened. I wasn't online during this whole thing, so the janky online was definitely not to blame. Scarlet and Violet are just built differently, I guess.

I’ve had that glitch happen to me only once, but in my case the Pokémon wasn’t shiny but a low odds rare Pokémon that spawned in the area. I was chasing it and it poofed out of existence and then I turned around and it went back to where it originally spawned it was super weird! But a glitch or error that happens for some reason in the game. Hope that clarifies what happened with that Shiny Squirtle!

Legitimately this seems like such a fun way to do fun things with your Pokemon, especially shinies! It lets you show off your shinies and play mind games with each other! I legit wanna do this, and I would love to see more!

Incredibly funny idea: Hide and seek, but you use pokemon that do not belong in the academy AT ALL (not in the pokedex, and for extra difficulty, you can have it so you cant use pokemon that blend in either)
