Not only is another progression system annoying to grind imp but people are mostly going to use it to make the top units more overpowered and kill defensive viability even more. Back to when new level caps were introduced in legends. I never wanted another upgrade system and Toshi can take it back. For now I'm just gonna upgrade Ultra Rosé Goku Black and android 21 good and call it a day and simply begin to patiently grind to upgrade the others
His upgrade doesn’t effect PVE. only offline modes where u don’t face characters. U can tell by the ways cards look, online they stay the same and in story mode u can see the level of ur strike cards.
might i suggest one just for the funs and the lols, if ur not working on someone like UGB or something, could you try a lvl 99 UL ssbkk?. since this could possibly help him out alot, just a suggestion tho :D

Card art boost should have been on certain character that arent bad engouth to get a zenkai but arent good engouth to be played, would have been like a cool mini zenkai
