Amazing review!! If you love God Of Fire you will definitely be surprised by Trouble In Paradise another Mango based scent by Memoirs Of A Perfume Collector. I think it beats it 🙈

It's comment like this that keep me motivated to keep working hard for all of you! You have made my day :) thank you for your support! Much love my friend!
Thank you for your comment Andrei! I'm glad you like them :) They are transparent frame rectangular glasses. I believe I bought this specific one in India, but I am sure every brand has an iteration of this design! I went for transparent frames because most of my face is already covered by my hair and beard 😂 Hope it was helpful!
Very intriguing video! I must say, fruits were near the bottom of my personal preference until just a few weeks ago, when I re-sampled Histories De Parfums 1969, which has a prominent peach accord, and this time around I just loved wearing it. Unrelated, but do you know if aldehydes are volatile top notes by nature? Or can they be long-lasting base notes too? I love aldehydes in fragrances (maybe bc I grew up with my mom wearing Chanel No 5), but they seem so fleeting!
Thank you for your comment! Peach is a challenging note for me, usually love it or hate it (depending on the texture of the peach). I am not a fan of the "fuzzy" peach accords, but I do enjoy the warm, caramelized peach notes. Aldehydes are actually a surprisingly complicated set of materials because their effect is not just independent, it is synergetic. This means that the true beauty of aldehydes is how it works in conjunction with and chemically changes the other notes. For example, aldehydes tend to have transformative effects on florals like Ylang Ylang which (I believe) is what Chanel uses. Most of them are, by nature, volatile yes. They will mostly express themselves in the top and top-mid. But, if we can isolate the specific aspect of aldehydes that you enjoy, it may be possible to simulate it in the base using other notes and accords! I was playing with aldehydes when I was working on a fragrance based on an Indian soda, very fun to work with!
Nice recommendations! I really like Sospiro Dolce Melodia. It’s a very well blended fruity floral that leaves a beautiful scent trail. Orange and pear, with a touch of gardenia, rose, jasmine, with bit of vanilla and musk to give it depth. A touch of saffron gives it an occasionally noticeable pleasant facet. I discovered t through Sebastian Jara’s recommendation. Quite an enjoyable wearing experience.
Hello my friend, thank you for your comment! They're both unique in their own right. I believe an American audience would find soul cafe more wearable, while someone with indian heritage would better appreciate the complexity of Nagpur Santra. Do you live in the US? If you do, DM me on Instagram I can send you a sample of Nagpur Santra! As much as my opinion would help, there's nothing like getting your own nose on it!
I hope you enjoyed this week's video! What is your favorite fruity note and fragrance? Leave a comment!
Hi Surya. If you had to pick between soul cafe and the Indian frag, which would you pick? Cause i can't sample the Indian frag but I've got soul cafe
My favorite frutiy fragrance of 2024 is Thomas Kosmala Sport No 4. Its so underrated.
