I have 2 daughters like that. My youngest daughter has witheld my grandson since he was 3 weeks old. He is a year-old now. She now wants me to come when she says. Buy him what he needs.
It sounds like you're going through a difficult situation with your daughter and grandson. It can be tough when family dynamics change, especially when you're trying to reconnect or help, but it feels like conditions are being set. Have you had a chance to talk openly with your daughter about your feelings or the situation? Communication can sometimes help in clearing up misunderstandings and finding a way forward that works for both sides.
Thank you for all that you do Jordan. My sister only sister 5 years older than me has been rotten to me my entire life when I learned about narcissism, just about 8 years ago I knew exactly what I was dealing with my husband had died from cancer 8 years ago when I was talking with my sister over the phone and crying and I was upset she said oh well it'll take time but that will pass she said what I would be worried about if I were you cuz you have nothing to leave your children. I saw how evil she was at that point and I went no contact and what piece I have
