Great effort shown here. Not gonna like makes me feel a bit better to see you struggle a bit with the added weight. 😅 I'm 5'10" at 190 lbs and campus climbing is a struggle. Trying to loose weight down to ~170 and this shows me a bit about how much that will help with some of the cave problems. Haven't been able to get that purple cave climb myself yet even from the green tag start.
well you need rest days so if i were to do this I would probably title it like workout 1, week 1, workout 2 week 1 etc. then I would leave a spreadsheet in the description for anyone who wants to see the progress there. this is just so you dont need feel the need to upload every single day
