Let's try them with 22 DMG weapon...
Ice Dragon:
HP=86
DF=24
22 DMG×24%=5.28
Which is, Ice Dragon Armour will only take 5.28 DMG from the weapon. Ice Dragon Armour user will die after around 16 hits from the weapon...
Ice-Iron:
HP=130
DF=18
22 DMG×18%=3.96
Which is, Ice-Iron Armour will only take 3.96 DMG from the weapon. Ice-Iron Armour user will die after around 31 hits from the weapon...
