How to use Find Children in UiPath to get static and unique selector

For this use case we can also use Hover right, which is going to ease our process, please let me know is there any disadvantages if we go with "Hover" activity

Hi Firstly thanks for putting up your thoughts. But if you have observed in the video i have clearly shown you that we cannot get the selector of that element. So not just limiting to find children but it is one use case i got to explain the functionality.
