Buy "time" from those people who are experts in their fields but those who are not in the business of teaching others. They will gladly accept you giving them money (in most cases) for a few hours of their time. Buy their time and TAKE NOTE. That's how one of our mentors got 50% of his knowledge in real estate. The other 50% he got it by making mistakes.
