Hello, Faith nice to see you and the boys ❤ I wanted to share that any kind of sausages. Do not have to be thawed out before cooking. You can just put in the pan on a medium low heat. The sausages will thaw on their own. But, chicken, beef, and pork yes has to be thawed out prior to cooking. Also, I want to say I'm happy you took charge and did something for self! I'm speaking of the weight loss procedure 🙏🏽❤ Either way you look amazing 💞 Ms. Ramona "Chef". Keep being amazing. P.S. Sometimes we need a little help!
