Hello! I've got a problem with my BIG Step-By-Step: whenever I push the button it stays pinned down and doesn't pop up. When I remove the red cap and just push the black frame - it works fine. So it seems that it doesn't generate enough force to push the cap upward. Is there a way I can try to fix this?

Hello, We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Big Step By Step. There are no user serviceable parts. If the device is under 2 years old it would be eligible for warranty.

@@ablenettechsupport1727 Unfortunately, 4 years have already passed since the purchase, so it's not elegible for warranty. And since I'm in Russia there's no place I could take it for servicing :(

How do we get the switch to control a toy in addition to playing the message?

Controlling Toys or Appliances
While recording a message, press the Record Button one time
(1x) to assign a Toy/Appliance to that message. When that
message is played, an attached toy or appliance will activate
for the length of the recorded message.

Hi, How do I program little Step by Step Levels as a button/switch to select item on the computer? I have tried:
1. Turn on the button
2. Press the Record button to start recording.
3. Hold the top big switch to record message, while still holding the top button, press the Record button again. Then let go of all buttons.
4. Press Record button last time to stop recording.
Then it should work, right? But it doesn't. What should I have done?
