At Espoir, our mission extends beyond education to embrace holistic community development. We prioritize inclusivity by involving our learners' families, especially women and mothers, in our community efforts.
Meet Nanay Arselina, a dedicated mother and Espoirian volunteer who actively participates in our Sweat Equity Program. This initiative encourages active parental involvement in their children's education, strengthening the bond between families and the school. Parents engage in activities such as cooking, gardening, and maintenance, dedicating 16 days per school year to work alongside their children. This program fosters a sense of shared responsibility and community collaboration.
