I'm zomato delivery boy. Some customers will response is not good like they will use some bad word's but, zomato delivery boys will never mind that and we will do our works. We will handle the customers politely. My point of view she only mad an mistake. If food got cancelled we need take out from customer and try to handover to resturent if restaurant is not taking means we need to inform the zomato customer service and customer service will give the solution. This is simple scenario for zomato delivery. Please think and get back me if any more clarification about this.

I m from bangalore got to know this few days earlier....What if it was 1 hour late, even if our mother or wife cooks a little late don't we adjust. The guy should have also informed her that it would get late so that she could have cancelled the order....still wouldn't agree on her part as it was her mistake first to hit with slippers obviously anyone in that place would rebound for defence....

What you said is correct bro, to get 400 rs the delivery boy need to work at least 4 to 5 hrs. The girl may be frustrated for the late delivery and treated him badly and in turn he would have hurt her . But if she is very educated and raised by her parents properly she wouldn't triggered or treated him un fair which is cause of all of this. Bro iam zomato delivery guy. If a order is canceled we are suppose to keep the food in our hands. The customer does not have any rights on that food anymore. And zomato does not take any money for that from us.
I would see this situation as a mistake from Zomato Team. I hope they have reduced the number of delivery executives. A single delivery guy need to pick and deliver for multiple customers within a stipulated time which is not possible. I could see there is a delay these days in every order I place. But never reacted on delivery partners. Zomato has to increase their delivery executives to stop such unwanted situations.

Whenever u order food from Zomato or swiggy please give good star rating for the delivery guys....becoz to deliver the food on time they ride soo fast not thinking about their safety while they drive. Moreover they too have certain targets and stuffs to achieve like any person workings in IT sector ....so we should respect them
