Used much of my patience for a long time, to not just say "this rocks and I love it". I always knew a little more production and you and a band would deliver. I love the way we LOVE the feel of an instrument, the sound, and the connection through entertainment and fun. This is rockin' and really good!
Sorry, I usually don't comment on videos I am looking at for work...but I just have to this time. In my line of work I am constantly looking at videos, I get sent out by many different labels all over the country for the next "big thing". I get sent more EP's, Demos and amateur videos on a daily basis then the mailman can deal with. This one............................................. BLEW ME AWAY!.................................................................. I have never seen someone try so hard to "do it all right" to the point of nauseam, only to fail so horribly. The hair is "right" the video (although amateur) is "right", the apparently hired band is "right" (well almost). All in an attempt to NOT BE ORIGINAL?! I am getting so sick of people rehashing what others have already cashed in on! She may not have ever heard of Pat Benatar or Joan Jett., but us in the music industry HAVE and they are OFF LIMITS! You NEVER EVER EVER go out and blatantly try to copy their sound, vibe, style etc like this misguided young (I say that with respect lol) lady has and is attempting to do. I will give some room for the poor quality video (they probably paid out of pocket for this) and it is too be expected, I can also give room for the apparent "gear plug" (yup someone is looking for a paycheck) and I can even give room for the apparent inexperience from both the drummer and guitar player and their "over acting" but wow, sorry you just don't rip of a rock "icons" look and sound as blatantly as she is trying to do. I can now say that this old dog has seen that which we thought would never happen.........what is next someone trying to rip off the beatles with a quick "name change"?
