With modern versions of View ME, why is the APA file even necessary anymore? The application manager can now restore the application from the runtime .MER file, so why not use that as the archive file?
Rockwell automation don't listen to then think and solve problems. You have backup, restore, open, transfer, application manager, runtime application. All hard to find, understand, learn and very prompt for errors. What a mess!!! Still doing things as in the 80's. They make the simplest more complicated than what is supposed to be.
