For the year 2024, The first day of Dhul Hijjah will commence on Friday, June 7th. The day of Arafah will commence on Saturday, June 15th. Eid al-Adha (Day of Nahr) will commence on Sunday, June 16th. Don't forget that the night precedes the day in the Islamic calendar. So the first night of Dhul Hijjah will commence on Thursday, June 6th, at sunset. If you plan on offering sacrifice (Udhiya), make sure not to clip your nails or cut your hair after sunset on Thursday, June 6th. May Allah allow us to reach the ten blessed days of Dhul Hijjah with good health and faith.
So many people sympathetic to Palestinian cause, the genocide in Gaza, brutal oppression in Gaza, etc are demonstrating in the USA and Western World. They pray for the liberation of Palestine. We welcome such protests and demonstrations to highlight their equal participation in the genocide of Palestinians and to stop the genocide. But whether the so called Muslim and Arab Scholars living in Gulf countries and outside have ever protested against the near total cowardice and surrender of the ARAB MONARCHS who are silently watching the genocide in Gaza. In fact some of the Monarchs in the Gulf are even helping the terrorist Israel state directly or indirectly. Now the HAJJ is going to be performed in a week. Muslims from all over the world will be gathering in Mecca to perform the HAJJ. Whether at least they will wear a black ribbon to protest against the cowardice of the Arab Monarch silently. The answer is "NO" THE HERD MENTALITY IN THE MUSLIM WORLD IS VERY MUCH CLEAR.
