Being a native Surati, i ate all these pure surati food all my childhood but now living outside India from more than 10 years and away from home more than 15 years, it's been long time i tasted all these dishes. This video remind me my childhood and getting tears in my eyes.

I have gone to Surat and ate many delicious egg items . But the traffic is big problem in there . With four wheeler it's nearly impossible to travel .
Urviben I was resident of surat and and now living in UAE, even I was not knowing all this dishesI will definately try to contact you once I will come back to surat
If possible try to start restaurant u will be definately sucessfull as u know all we surties are fond of food.
