It's probably the best he's ever been in T8, strong meta wise, dope character design reminiscent of classic KOF bosses, cool voicelines and he's mad fun to play. Only that psycho crusher needs to go at some point, that's my only issue with him.
That double kick is probably a Kazama Style move, since Asuka and Jin had the same one in T5. But in t6 onwards all the characters who do this attack got their own variation, with Jin landing one knee up and foot forward, Asuka going slightly diagonal and Devil Jin doing it extra with the leg extension 😅. Probably Jun's looks similar but she has her own variation with her hands or the landing

Seems like his T5 animation is given to Jun now in T8.
