Interesting... I was expecting to manually set an EntryPoint in the end. I didn't know the zksync-ethers package do this check when the paymaster params are provided.
Ah, sweet, I'm glad you noticed that! It might be worth pointing out too that the in 4337 style AA you would need to encode the paymasterAndData as a field in the user operation inside of the calldata. For native AA here, the paymaster is recognized as a field on the transaction itself!
