The fact that RotY Pujols isn't on the list is absolutely criminal. 120/100 v right, 89/103 v left, and could play 4 positions, released on day 1 and he was better than every hitter released in TA2. Bought him early for 60k and he stayed in my lineup for a ridiculous amount of time. I'd argue he was better than Frank Thomas due to much better numbers v right and more positional versatility
I hope Cbrev doesn't just become another sychophant for SDS now, though all appearances so far have proven otherwise. SDS hasn't changed their game engine in over 12 years. The same broken animations and ai fielding errors remain year over year. Freeze offs? Never fixed. It's been 2 years since any pitcher has hit it in the big leagues, but we're using pitchers to hit in the second year of the change? SDS is a joke that couldn't survive without exclusive MLB licensing rights. And now they bought out their content creaters. Cbrev, Ashley Sanders... I hope I'm wrong, but given SDS' history in improving the actual gameplay I have yet to be wrong for 12 years now. Diamond dynasty didn't exist back then, but the broken animations and ai errors haven't changed much at all.
Not related to this video, but I want to ask if SDS has plan to treat cheat seriously. This is not a secret now, as this started in 21. The symptom is someone being able to dot every pitch right at the corners, even with low BB/9 pitchers and with breaking balls like slider/changeup. They will claim they are very good at pinpoint, but almost everyone above 700 today is good enough at pinpoint to know that's impossible. This is something I believe SDS need to treat very seriously, because many games rotted as cheats/bots started to spread.
