  • Start the Landmine Single Leg Romanian Deadlift standing perpendicular to the barbell in the landmine attachment. Then grab the barbell with the hand closest to it. Hinge at the hips and lower the barbell to the ground, lifting your rear leg off of the ground as you go. Then drive back up to the standing position.
