  • The war of the witnesses! ACTS 7:20 the life of Moses: the three 40 year periods correspond to the three prophetic epochs of the Bible. The first 40 years correspond to the Patriarchal Period, the second 40 years correspond to the wilderness (Midian) period, the third 40 years correspond to the time of the Kings and Prophets - then that period ceases and Israel finally gets to enter into the promise land under Yahushua Messiah! We are truly living in the end of days!

    Matt 23:37-39
    37) O Yerushalayim, Yerushalayim, you that kill the prophets and stone them which are sent unto you,
How often would I have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings,
    And ye would NOT!
    38) Behold,
    your house is left desolate.
    39) For I say this unto you, you shall not see me henceforth, till ur shall say,
Blessed is He that comes in the name of Yahuah!

I think and meditate about the word ABAR (gr: parerchomai) and Mt 26:39 for some time - is it correct translation? Did Yahusha realy ask for this cup to be passed from Him / taken away from Him? It does not make sense for me, as He knew what He came for, He encouraged desciples to be brave, He just declared The New Covenant in His Blood, and what? Moment later He would ask The Father to “take it away from Him”?
PARERCHOMAI and ABAR can mean “take away”, but also: bring on, pass through, pass on. Comparing meaning of ABAR in Gen 15:17 it would make more sense, that Yahusha prayed for this cup to PASS THROUGH HIM / PASS ON HIM. Those verses confirm: Heb 5:7, J 12:27, 2 Cor 1:19, Mt 26:53.

@Torahtothetribes Matthew.. wouldn’t Gen 18 be the meal confirming the covenant? And the meal in 14 be more akin to his conformation of being the next Malkiy-Tsedeq? Also (and I’m sure you’ve answered this somewhere already so I apologize), Gen 15 states that Abraham’s seed would be afflicted by a nation for 400 years, and that nation would be judged. I know that each of the patriarchs spent time in Egypt.. though( while I could be wrong) I did not see affliction through the patriarchy but afterwords when Yoceph had passed and a new phar’oh had risen. If you wouldn’t mind taking a minute to answer me here or pointing me to a teaching that could help clear this up a bit? I’d be grateful. Blessings of Yah be upon you brother! Ty for you time!

    Random question ...
Where are you, Brother Matthew, on tzitzit since understanding Melchitzedek? And how long has it been, or when did that shift occur?
