Great video. I have this ESC and want to plug it in a Arrma infraction BLX 3S, 1/8. Stock motor is 3660-3900Kv. I know this ESC takes 4S, but will it run this Arrma?
My dumborc transmitter with 6 channel is having problems with the the throttle. When i apply power the rc car drives away slowly when i barely touch it. And when trying to reverse it doesn't go reverse i have been flickering the throttle to make it reverse. Idk could this be the trigger being bad? I have reverse in the esc programmed. When i tap the transmitter the acceleration kicks in even hitting the transmitter it stops it and also when i sway it left and right the rc taps away in acceleration.
I wish it worked for me but mine just refuses to work with this method and weirdly enough when I got it out of the box and hooked it up it only started working when the battery got to 20% otherwise throttle input was disabled
So full battery there was no acceleration but once battery roughly hit dpwn to 20% battery it started working? Sounds like a program card setting may be out
Hi guys, I had lot's of trouble getting throttle calibrated but I found out some things that might help you: In my case i tried so many things which din't help. In the end it seemed that I fried my transmitter due to accidentally changed the esc settings to higher voltage which my receiver couldn't handle. It looked okay though but I couldn't get my throttle calibration done.cBefore I had the standard setup but I swapped it to the EZRUN MAX 6 with the motor as a set, better known as the Hobbywing ESC and motor. Problem was with the EZRUN: I hold the SET button and switched it on, ESC goes in Throttle set mode, I press the SET button to calibrate but just one beep sounds and nothing happens after that. Problem with standard ESC: After I hold the ESC Set button and the ESC goes into calibration mode, the esc turns off when I pull throttle. I have to disconnect the battery and reconnect it to try again. The ESC won't turn on anymore after I tried. There are some things that I tried and did help a lot of other people as I red, like: - ENDPOINT RESET: It can help to reset your endpoints. th-cam.com/video/KM0IRJUT9Ew/w-d-xo.html - SWICH THROTTLE DIRECTION AND MOTOR: It sometimes can help to switch motor polarity cables, just switch two cables from your motor (doesn't matter which one) AND ALSO reverse the throttle settings on your transmitter. You can easily do this with the app and a Bluetooth transmitter but you can also do it manually like this: th-cam.com/video/vhSACFw6Wk8/w-d-xo.html -- It's important to have full batteries! - Try to disconnect your servo or motor If all of that didn't work it could be that your receiver is not working properly as in my case. i have the problem that my car worked , but a connector was busted so i remade it but i switched the wires and car got shorted for a sec , it turned back on when i fixed the wire but now the car would not move and it blinks 3x green every time , when i do your steps and countless others i tryd to find online it blinks once twice and three times just like u did to calibrate i , but afterwards still nothing happens and the blinking x3 green starts again , is my ESC fried cus i shorted it or what is going wrong? i have a WP-10BL50-RTR ESC btw
Does the esc smell burnt? Like smell the esc and if it stinks even just sitting and turned off chances are something burnt out. Also try another esc, sometimes the motor wires burn out first when hooking the battery the wrong way around "mine did anyways lol when I was new to the rc game" In saying that check the motor wires and connectors. Shorted motor wires will cause a few issues Hard to tell tho without seeing it
Hey bud I have the same 120amp Hobbywing Do you know why when you do the calibration and put the remote to reverse I don’t hear the esc beep or flash ? Any idea why as I have no reverse .thanks
I did it a few times also and once I didn't do the reverse part of the sequence correctly and had no reverse. I did the whole sequence again and got it right. Maybe try again? Also check your card settings for reverse is correct

Hmmm... have you tried a different radio and transmitter?
@jtsn667 what I did I have 2 receivers of this and my other rc truck was doing the same thing.

In saying that check the motor wires and connectors. Shorted motor wires will cause a few issues
