Hi Mubeen, thank you for your comment! 🙏 Well, by law landlords can ask you for the deposit of upto 6 weeks of your rent if you get any property through an agent with legal process and etc. I have not heard anything like 3-6 months advance rent here! Do check the apps and websites i have shared in the video, each property as has detail’s mentioned in it!
Live near university jo bhi sab se qareeb jaga mile if you have decided to live off campus. Transportation will not be a problem then. Job opportunities k liye separates video hai. Check it out!

Hi rahul, reaching out to you university to find out off-campus accommodation partners would be helpful in your case. Unfortunately property agencies do not entertain students. It is not easy! Best you book an accommodation through booking.com or air bnb for a couple of weeks until you find a suitable accommodation. You flight is in a couple of day and getting accommodation is a process that takes weeks here sometimes unless you are staying in university accommodation.
If you like to stay near the central markets then either the town center or near barry park, if you want to live in areas which are calmer and quiet then you can go to leagrave, Dunstable Road or may be Wigmore.

Congratulations for this amazing new chapter bro! Sadly, it isn’t easy to get a private apartment or house on rent when you are a student! At this time tour best option is to get a property on sharing basis or reaching out to university based off-campus accommodation provider (pal properties) (uhome) would be best. It is sometimes frustrating when you do not get a response from these property owners or agents so my advice is to call them directly and discuss in detail about your requirement.
