Mam agar death ke pehle he delivery hui goods ki to fir liable rahega na considering that outgoing partner is liable for acts before his ceases to be partner

Ma'am if here, say delivery is before dath after he is die. than hi's estate or legal representative is liable for debt of fire before die???
