Kashmiri Zaffrani Harissa Very tasty and healthy winter Delicacy. I tried to prepare it in an authentic way .Harisa is mostly served in winter season and is like and eaten by every kashmiri people specially during the breakfast time. Hope you like our way of making it .
Ingredients you need..
meat 3 Kg (Mostly The leg and thigh parts of a sheep/lamb)
Rice 400 gram 2 bowls
Saffron
Onion 4
Shallot 100 gram
Spices you need ..Garlic 20 pieces ,Cinnamon sticks 3,black cardamom 10 ,Green cardamom 20 ,Cloves 10 ,Black pepper 20 ,Cumin seeds 2 spoon ,Fennel seeds 200 gram 1 bowl salt 3 spoon ,
Mustard oil
For garnishing..Methi maaz ,kabab and fried shallots .

Beautiful video , looks tasty. It has been almost 15 years since I eat Harisa. One Question. How long you put meat in cooker ? You didn't say how much time mean needs to be cooked.
