Not much weird about them. Just 3 equally spaced notes in the span of 2 (depends on note value, usually quarter, eighth, sixteenth but rarely half and whole or lower). Quarter note triplets are never featured in these rhythm videos, only 8th note triplets I have noticed.
Always remember. The most important note in any subdivision is the 2nd note. Transitions from 16th to triplets is always interesting, and proves my above statement. Imagine just playing 1 partial, well you cant tell if im playing 16ths, 6lets, 5lets, or a whole note! The timing of the 2nd note makes all the difference
Lol, I can't guarantee I'll do it. I'm a concert pianist because I practice over and over. What I SUCK at is doing it on the fly. I'm so glad piano performance is the result of preparation and not being put on the spot :)

If you want to practice your rhythm on a piano - you can just focus on one note while playing, or choose a scale to practice! Play with the note duration of a single note or scale using the rhythm game. You can set a tempo using a metronome and play to a 4/4 time signature.
