They were mad because Beyonce wouldn't do Daddy Lessons without the Chick's. KNTRY had Black Balled the Chick's and Beyonce had them back on KNTRY MUSIC Stage and then she wore a revealing dress, to take the heat off the Chick's ❤❤❤❤

Oh wow okay I didn’t know the Chics were black balled, do you know why??? I knew having the Chics up there did cause extra “controversy” but yeah never knew why tbh. Rad move by Bey though :))

Actually , they were angry before the CMAS . People were upset at Beyoncés stance on police injustice following the Colin kaepernick fiasco . Then she came out with formation which praises being black . SNL did a skit even called “ the day Beyoncé turned black “ where white people were losing their minds over beyonce showing black pride . When she performed at the Super Bowl she wore a black panthers inspired outfit and that solidified the anger she faced leading up to the CMA backlash since most of the country music fans and artists share an opposing view point on police injustice and a disdain for black liberty movements
