Standard rules of UNO are to pick up one card and you're forced to play it if possible, else your turn is skipped House rules can make you pick up until you get a playable card, to be able to choose wether to play the card you got or not, or both (or whatever really, house rules can be one hell of a ride sometimes lmao)

Wait does color not matter when stacking? Can you put a blue draw 4 on top of a red draw 2? I understand similar penalty in different colors, ie. red draw two on top of a blue draw two but changing color and penalty is just bonkers to me.
