I'm a great fan of Christopher Lee and his vampire movies, so I must confess that I was swayed by this title. It's a nice light-hearted movie, leading one to believe that a vampire exists in that household. It's the young girl's serious portrayal that reinforces one's belief in the theme. Today, most youngsters are taken in by everything and, chances are, if they ever meet a real live vampire, they would certainly be the first victims. The film is wonderful inasmuch as it leaves the final decision open to your own interpretation. In the penultimate sequence, the main actor bears his fangs to the other young man who is trying to frighten him off with swords/knives. There is a distinct connection between the ferocious black cat with green eyes and the main actor. If you ask me, the real vampire could easily be the cat from the way in which it reacts. The tempo of the film never lags with brisk editing. Truly, an enjoyable film.
A cat narrator? This could be awful but I'm going to watch. That cat is adorable. I'm about 3/4 through and it's silly and hilarious. Nancy is the dumbest bunny on the planet 😂. That shop owner hears dollar signs whenever she sees her face.
