沒用完的皮是放冷藏還是冷凍呢~
都可以的,看你是要什麼時候用。明後天就放冷藏,久一點就冷凍。
哪一種包起來的比較好吃呢?
其實口感應該差不多。但我們華人,比較傳統的做法就是第一種,因為旁邊薄,中間厚,所以餡料比較不容易破。
